Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is appreciated when changing or cancelling a scheduled appointment; which can be arranged by phone or email. The Pilates Pad reserves the right to charge a late cancellation fee if adequate notice is not given.

Instructions:

Drive down South Bay Drive and take your first right. Find parking in visitor bay or along the side of the street. Walk down Rose Lane, ‘the pilates pad’ will be the first red gate on the left side.
